In Atlanta we plan to have a dedicated phone number to call to discuss all issues with the box and if needed process refunds only to credit/debit, checks, SNAP EBT cards and credits (Top Bucks).
In Atlanta, we do plan to offer holiday specials! As part of our changing product mix, we plan to offer seasonal boxes and specialty products to celebrate special occasions such as Thanksgiving, Easter, and Holiday Boxes.

You can expect the offerings in some of our boxes to change every few months because we are always looking for the best deals. We work hard to make sure that we have the foods you love every month, as well as new items to add variety. Each month we offer a special box of great value and limited supply. However, in order to keep costs low and your savings high, individual content changes cannot be made to any of the boxes.
Our goal is to communicate clearly and regularly with our customers. For this reason, you will receive a confirmation email when you place an order (if you provide an active email address). We also attempt to call and text all of our customers to remind them about their order contents, delivery location, and the pickup day and time. Customers are then added to our newsletter and promotional email and text lists. If you prefer not to be on those lists, you can either unsubscribe or just notify us by phone or email that you would like to be removed.

Top Box Foods works with community partners to spread the word about our healthy, delicious, and affordable food boxes. When our customers select their partner organization at checkout, 5% of their order goes to that partner!
