Two - 1 lb bags of farm raised Tilapia fillets (2 lbs. total). These delicious fillets are all natural and individually wrapped for convenience. Perfect for frying, baking, or broiling in your favorite sauce or seasoning, adopting the flavors of the seasoning with which it's paired.

To Thaw: Remove fillets from vacuum pack, and place into a bowl of cool water until completely thawed. Alternatively, place fillets in refrigerator for 24 hours until thawed.
To Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fillets in lightly oiled shallow baking dish and season with salt, pepper and margarine or butter. Bake 6-10 minutes per inch of thickness of fillet until it is opaque throughout.
To Broil: Preheat broiler. If desired season fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Place pan containing fish 4-5 inches away from heat and broil 6-10 minutes per inch of thickness of fillet. Test for doneness by using a fork to ensure easy flaking at the thickest part of the fillet.
