Pan Fry: Warm skillet with oil over medium-low heat. Raise heat to medium-high. Place salmon, skin-side up in pan. Cook until golden brown on 1 side, about 4 minutes, flip, and cook on other side about 3 minutes - until firm to touch and flakes easily.
