Grill: Preheat grill to high, gently form ground beef into balls, lightly press into patty form, season with salt and pepper, grill 3-5 minutes per side.
Oven: Combine ground beef and herbs and spices of your choice in a large bowl, roll into 1.5 inch meatballs, broil on baking sheet in oven for 7-10 minutes.
Pan Cook: Preheat oil in skillet or pan and cook ground beef for 10-15 minutes, breaking up into pieces with wooden spoon and gently stirring to brown all sides.
