Cooking Instructions

To Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F; season as desired, roast pork shoulder on a rack in a roasting pan for 20 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 325°F and continue cooking for about 4 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 185°F. Remove from oven, and let rest for 30 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
