Meatloaf with Ground Turkey
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 can Campbell's italian tomato soup
Mix ground turkey, egg, and breadcrumbs together. Bake at 350˚F for about 30 minutes. Add 1/2 can of soup to the top of the meatloaf. Spread/brush evenly over top.
Finish baking about 15 more minutes. Top with chopped green/red peppers and onions (optional).
