BBQ Turkey Meatballs
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 egg whites, lightly whipped
- 1 Tbs. heavy cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Stir all ingredients together except the turkey. Fold in the ground turkey. Form 1-inch balls.
Heat 2 gallons of water with 2 Tbsp. salt. Poach the meatballs until they float to the top. Brush with additional BBQ sauce. Leftovers can be frozen.
