If you would prefer to Pick-Up your order, we are now offering a Pick-Up option on the Friday of the second delivery weekend. Orders will be picked up from 3:00-6:00PM in the parking lot of Provident Hospital (500 E. 51st Street, Chicago, IL). Select Pick-Up on this date when you check out online or over the phone.
If you choose Home Delivery, choose your preferred delivery date at check out. You will receive a customer service call 2 days before your delivery with your estimated delivery time, and a reminder email the day before delivery to remind you to expect your order. Your delivery driver will call you when they are on the way, and again when they have arrived with your order. If your delivery driver arrives at your home to deliver your order and is unable to reach you via phone, knock, or doorbell, they will leave your order for you. We do everything we can to communicate in advance so you know when to expect your order and when to be home to receive it.
