Cooking Instructions

To Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F; Season as desired. Cook pork for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 375°F and continue cooking for 75 more minutes (~1 hour and 15 minutes), or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from oven, and let rest for 20 minutes prior to slicing or serving.
