Cooking Instructions: 

To Pan Fry: Heat oil in a large fry pan or cast iron skillet on medium high for 1 minute. Add steaks to pan and cook for 5 minutes. Flip oil and cook 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cooked to your liking (about 10 minutes for medium rare (130°F); set aside a cover with foil to keep warm.  

To Grill: Pull thawed steaks out of refrigerator and let sit for 1 hour prior to cooking. Heat a grill to high heat. If your grill has a thermometer, aim for between 550°F and 700°F. When the grill is hot, place the steaks on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes. Then flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes (for medium-rare), or until an instant read thermometer reads 125°F. Transfer steaks to a plate to let rest for 5-10 minutes prior to slicing, then serve and enjoy!
